Who knew that roasted radishes could be so delicious? They’re also super easy to make and ready in about 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of your radishes.
Salt and Pepper
– Preheat oven to 375 F.
– Remove the greens and clean the radishes. Cut the radishes in half and place them in a bowl.
– Chop the oregano and add it to bowl.
– Coat the radishes lightly in olive oil and place on a baking dish or roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
– Place in oven and cook for 15-25 minutes or until radishes are soft on the outside.
Roasting time will vary, depending on the size of your radishes and the amount you cook. You can also use other herbs if you’d like or just go for salt and pepper if you prefer.
