Vegan Pineapple Shake

Serves 3 -4

Ingredients:
10.5 oz soft tofu
½ cup soy milk
4 slices canned pineapple
1 banana, ripe
½ cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp liquid honey
A few drops of vanilla

Instructions:
– Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill and serve as a healthy treat for the whole family.

This makes a healthy breakfast drink.
