Good for You Banana Split

A great source of Vitamin C.


1 banana, cut in half lengthwise
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup fresh strawberries cut in half
1 tablespoon sugar free jam, your favorite flavor
Rice crispy cereal


Place the cottage cheese in the middle of an oblong bowl. Lay each half of the banana on each side of the cottage cheese. Add the fresh strawberries to the top. Pour the sugar free jam over the top. Sprinkle with the cereal.

Tip: Granola taste great as a topper also.
