Firecracker Macaroni and Tomato Salad


1 (16 ounce) box of macaroni
2 tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 cucumbers, sliced
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Sugar substitute to taste


Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain well. Add the tomatoes, onion and cucumbers and mix together well. Place the mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Gradually add the vinegar being sure to stir as you add. When all the vinegar is in the bowl mix the two ingredients together. Add sugar substitute for your tastes. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the macaroni and vegetables. Stir well. Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator 2 hours. Remove, stir and serve.
