Oatmeal Banana Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice
1 banana
3 tbsp oatmeal
3 tbsp maple syrup
Extra frozen fruit if desired

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. This is a very healthy breakfast drink for people on the go.
